Let cloud smoother change when mesh has refresh.
Maybe needs two cloud mesh data group to cross fading.

Sadly, I cannot implement this feature without any issue for now:
- cloud will flicker when position offset increase.
- cloud will disappear when player across chunk border. (after 1.7.2)
- fading cloud face will show sky instead of other faces behind.
Will merged this branch and marked this feature by Experimental in #44
