Description of the Bug

One day, my friend just got Disconnected screen, directly after Loading Terrain phase and from that point, issue is present to this day. At first restarting the server was helpful for 1-2 join attempts, at one piont it stopped working at all. Now they cannot join by any means, even using my account from their computer, tho I can join using their account, so we ruled out issues with player file.
We can both ping the server by cmd.

A this point we tried:
-reinstalling modpack
-reinstalling Modrinth app
-joining with firewall disabled
-joining with EMI disabled(because error is coming up around [EMI/]: [EMI] Processing tags in logs)
-changing allocated RAM
-disabling Eating Animation mod because it also was coming up in logs

Steps to Reproduce

Not really sure, for me it works without an issue, for them it doesn't work regardless of used account
