[🐞]: Colored dye incompatible with blackboard GUI

Before Continuing:

  • Check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
  • Always include a latest.log if you are crashing
  • Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue persists.
  • If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
    Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit
  • Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Hey, I am playing on Supplementaries Fabric 1.20-2.8.10 with amendments 1.20-1.1.10 and I love blackboards however even when I enable "colored blackboard" I am only allowed to use dye to draw colored pixels manually and can only draw with white/black by default. I also changed the interaction mode from "both" to "GUI" in an attempt to do the same GUI interaction with dye but whenever I click using dye it opens the GUI correctly but then again only lets me paint white/black pixels.

Is anyone else experiencing this or is it a feature somehow?

I'm still having this problem by the way. I posted something on the curseforge issues page like three weeks ago and got no response. Still there is no way to use dye on a blackboard with a GUI and you are forced to do pixel art one pixel at a time and can't drag place them.
