Before Continuing:

• Check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
• Always include a latest.log if you are crashing
• Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue persists.
• If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
  Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit
• Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Issue Detail

When you hold an item with enchanted material in your Main Hand or Off Hand, some lines will appear on the paper dolls in your inventory, and wearing enchanted armor will increase the number of lines.

Please check if you installed these mods :

Interim solutions:
I've found that this bug only occurs if all three are installed, so you have to give up one of them,

or never put items with enchanted materials in your Main Hand or Off Hand hahhhh.

if its just a wooden sword then its extremely unlikely this is not due to another mod as soooo many people have those 3 mods on and it would be impossible to notice yet its the first report i get about this

Tips for everyone:
This bug doesn't seem to have much to do with this mods.
Because this bug only appears when shaders are turned on.

Note that this error only occurs when the shader is open

I tested 350+ mods and found only two mods have this problem

One is Supplementaries and the other is Chalk
