Loading a save with Supplementaries and Halogen (Sodium Reforged) installed causes an unending hang on world load. This appears to only be an issue if a fence with rope attached to it is being loaded. No crash report as the game does not crash.

Forge version: 36.2.0

Recreating the issue is easy, generate a new creative world, place down a fence post, attach a rope to it, leave world and then try to reload it.
