[🐞]: All stone blocks have lost their effective tool

Before Continuing:
- Check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
- Always include a latest.log if you are crashing
- Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue persists.
- If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit - Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Issue Detail
After using the binary method to narrow it down, Supplementaries 3.0.2 is causing stone to not have any way to be collected in survival, since it no longer has an associated tool type. After downgrading to 3.0.0 the problem is gone.
Jade can even see, normally the block's prefered tool is displayed and the breaking progress bar is white when droppable
Next time, check for a similar issue.

the grammer of that issue was hard to understand and says the new tool is hand, which is not
when you use the pickaxe to break the stone. was the block dropped when broken? if not, then it's related to that issue.
when a player tried to use just hand to break a stone and the stone won't be dropped when broken. The issue is about a player with a pickaxe to break a stone is no different from a player with just hand (no tools in the hand).
