[Suggestion] Add a config to disable sign editing

Hi!! We love your mod in The Cube Reborn server, but people place post and big signs and people can still edit them...
Unless I missed it on the config, I havent been able to find an option to disable the editing of signs and posts from this mod, a way of disabling them server side would be amazing!
