Before Continuing:

  • Check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
  • Always include a latest.log if you are crashing
  • Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue persists.
  • If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
    Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit
  • Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Describe Issue

Currently playing in the ATM10 modpack, but have found reports elsewhere of this happening in other modpacks (https://www.reddit.com/r/feedthebeast/comments/1hapclk/issue_with_red_merchant_from_supplementaries/). Red Merchant spawned, but is not interactable at all. Tried right clicking with empty hand, empty hand and offhand, emeralds in hand, but there is no response. Checked latest.log, and nothing is being written to it when an attempt to interact with the merchant is made.
