Before Continuing:

• Check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
• Always include a latest.log if you are crashing
• Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue persists.
• If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
  Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit
• Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Describe Issue

Using a soap on a colored item that can contain other items causes it to lose all of it's data, whipping the items inside

Shulker Box containing an iron ingot

Cleaning it seems to give an empty Shulker Box

And indeed cleaning it deleted the ingot

(A few mod was added to better show the issue but it works with Supplementaries alone)

This strangely doesn't occur with create's toolboxes? I have tested both with presents and shulker boxes and they do lose their content so unsure on why they're different
