[🐞]: Incompatibility with Psychedelicraft Seems Unjustified in Supplementaries 1.20-3.1.25

Before Continuing:
- Check you are using the latest version of the mods and its dependencies
- Always include a latest.log if you are crashing
- Remove mod that enhances Minecraft: Optifine, Sodium, others. The issue persists.
- If you are unsure which mod is the culprit.
Disable all of your mods and enable them 1-2 mods each time to isolate the culprit - Confirm that there is no existing issue with a similar description submitted in the list of issues.

Issue Description:
Hello! I’m reporting a compatibility block that seems to be artificially enforced between Supplementaries and Psychedelicraft.
When attempting to launch Minecraft with both mods installed, Fabric throws the following error:
Incompatible mods found!
Replace mod 'Supplementaries' (supplementaries) 1.20-3.1.25 with version 1.20-2.8.15 or earlier that is compatible with:
- psychedelicraft 1.7.5+1.20.1
However, upon contacting the developers of Psychedelicraft, they confirmed that this is not a real incompatibility, but a compatibility flag that was added on Supplementaries' end.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Install Fabric loader for Minecraft 1.20.1
- Add Supplementaries 1.20-3.1.25
- Add Psychedelicraft 1.7.5+1.20.1
- Launch the game
→ Game crashes due to mod incompatibility message

i will unmark it but be wary that my incompatible version there merely said it was incompatible with any version priori or equal to the current one that was available the time a quite bad bug was found. IF they still dont work together it means the mod was never updated in all this time.
If you get your hands on the new version please test all the blocks especially soap slingshot, faucet and canons (tbh i forgot what the issue was)
actually i can verify it has NOT been fixed neither updated so the version incompatibility will remain and is justified. If you really want to remove it use fabric dep overrides but be aware there will be crashes.
