I have another mod for quivers already, so, I figured disabling the quiver in the config should be enough, but the trinket slot persists in the UI, even though is useless. I'd like to suggest that when the quiver is disabled in the config, the quiver trinket slot gets disabled as well.

also btw those are already data driven which means people can already disable or add new ones with datapack. writteon on trinkets wiki

The archers (RPG Series) mod adds 3 tiers of quivers and their own trinket slot, so, with this mod installed there are 2 almost identical trinket slots called quiver.
I tried to use a datapack to delete it and the trinket slot doesn't go away.
I don't know if it's useful info, but I'm using the accesories mod with the trinkets compat layer.
