Supplementaries already adds Gold Doors and Trapdoors (and even Gates) so it makes sense to add Bars as well

I know that the intention is to install Quark and use their Gold Bars, but some people might not want to/be able to install Quark, so it makes sense for Supplementaries to add a Gold Bars block (which can always be disabled automatically if Quark is installed).
