Flags have missing textures when new world created after booting game first time.
The issue is not happening when:

• You logged in old world and created new one without leaving game.
• You relogged in old world after rebooting the game.
  

Seems to be fixed in latest version.

Seems like they are not. Just thought they were fixed, but no.
