Supp Sack's quark shulker box managing compatibility do not obey quark's shulker box management config

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Load up instance with Quark and Supplementaries
  2. In quark config, find "Shulker Box Interaction" module and set it to false
  3. Observe that you can still insert/ take out items from sacks inside the inventory
