Looks like Soap can convert all kinds of colored blocks to their white variants.
While there exists a config setting to add stuff, that is inacessible for other mods that want to blacklist items from this recipe. Having the recipe check for an item tag like supplementaries:soap_dye_clean_blacklist would make excluding specified items very easy.
