Description:

The over encumbrance debuff is exactly what I want to discourage players from using container items. I've installed the Sophisiticated Backpacks mod, and I've given all the backpacks the overencumbering tag. I can carry as many backpacks as I want, but if I pick up one filled sack then I get the debuff. I would expect holding three backpacks to trigger the debuff on their own, if possible, just by having the tag.

Why should we implement the feature?

This would greatly increase the utility of the mod, and allow users (and mod makers) to easily make their custom items conform consistently to the genius container item penalty from Supplementaries.
