showTotalLoadTime appears too early with LiteLoader installed

As the title says, I find that the message appears in the log when the game is still loading.

In fact, you can see the message time stamp of 00:09:26, whilst my game reached main menu only at about 00:13:10.

I found that this might be caused by LiteLoader.

Yes, I found the same problem to be with the Ding mod from iChun. I don't know if you care about "fixing" this LiteLoader compatibility, which was not required back at 1.7.10 with the Ding mod for example.
I reported it directly to LiteLoader.

So the root of this issue is that the game can still technically load after it has loaded. This mod logs when ForgeModLoader has completed it's loading cycle and not when the main menu is first displayed.
