The saturation value given by the sushis are absurdly high, surpassing golden carrots by an order of magnitude, making them shield from hunger a looot more than any other food. This can be most easily seen using appleskin or similar.

This might be from the common misconception (cause I had to report it to a lot of mods) that the internal saturation is a fixed value like hunger, when it's a ratio that's multiplied by the hunger points, because the effect is even more pronounced on sushis with lots of ingredients.
Or maybe the ratios are intended to be added like that but they're just way way overtuned.
