Describe the bug
While mud stairs are able to waterlogged mud half slabs can't be.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. place a mud half slab
2. try to water log it
3. the water gets placed above the block instead

Expected behavior
Mud half slabs should be able to be water logged in the same way the mud stairs can be.

Additional context
This was a huge surprise I tested with the stairs but didn't realize the half slabs wouldn't waterlog until I went to start filling a RIVER paved with them.

I cant reproduce this issue.
I tested both the latest forge and fabric versions, and I also tested both of the 1.19 versions, and it works flawlessly.

Maybe a mod conflict? Can you try it just with Swampier Swamps and see if it works?
Also which loader are you using?

I'm using the curseforge launcher, and playing the cottage witch mod pack on the official server. Since it's not my pack I wouldn't be able to trouble shoot mod conflicts but I'll share a link to this thread in the bug report area of their discord.

I'd already reported finding the problem and let people know I was opening an issue here, but if it's not a problem with the mod, but rather a conflict between mods . . . Other people are more qualified to take things from here. lol

I will mark this as invalid, until someone can provide more information on this.
