Disabled blocks still show up in creative search tab

Because the search tree is populated before the config is loaded, blocks were not showing up in the creative tabs even if enabled in the config. As a workaround, I've implemented it so this mod's blocks will always show when searched for. As a result, you can access disabled items by searching for them.
Not sure how to fix this issue at the moment.
