Concrete ladders seem to be broken

Normal wooden ladders work just fine but when walking up to a concrete ladder you can't climb up them.

Using version 1.16.5-1.7.1.

This appears to be due to an interaction with another mod, but I haven't worked out which one yet. @Keelar if you can post a list of the other mods you are using here, that may help me narrow it down.

I disabled all other mods to test if it was a conflict and it still wasn't working for me, but here's the list anyway:

Thank you to both of you! It looks like the ladders broke in newer versions of Forge. This has been fixed and a new version (1.7.2) has been uploaded to Curseforge.
