[Bug]: Rider animation (canter) looks wrong on secondary skin layers

What happened?
While riding in canter, I saw that my rider's hair is clipping inside during certain sequences. I had issues tracking them properly because of the short time frame it is visible. Left side shows wrong whilst right shows how the "hair" usually looks like. I believe the position is off since I can still see the hair partially clipping outside from inside the player model's back. (It by the way keeps saying Canter even though I'm standing still right now)
Addition: I know this might not be fixed in 1.16.5 but I would like you to know in case it happens to 1.18.2 as well. I am using a mod that makes skin layers 3D. I though believe it only adds side pixels to the skin layers? If you need any info, like my character skin info or something, feel free to let me know.
What should happen?
It probably should have copied the position it got from the player's back, at the very least. Maybe keyframes are missing/misaligned?
