What happened?

Well, I have a single player world and I leaved my foals in the pasture with their mom. When they had grown up I putted a halter on them. Today I joined the game and one of the grown foals had a western tack on and I didn't put it on and it's no way someone tacked her bc it's a single player world.

What should happen?

I would love y'all to fix it so it doesn't happen
