What happened?

For me and my sisters in a server, tack boxes often "lose" who they belong to (Like when it's attached to a horse and then randomly isn't). We will be playing and like five minutes earlier it works and then after those five minutes, it doesn't open anymore even though we didn't do anything with it except put tack in or get it out or sometimes we don't do anything at all. When they randomly lock, they keep the tack inside but don't say that they're not attached to a horse and to fix it we have to break the box. We tried moving them from the tack room to other locations like in front of the stall and it's worked for a while and then now mine are bugging again. It happens on all versions.

What should happen?

If possible, please make it so that the tack boxes don't randomly lock and allow access at all times, and anywhere.
