What happened?

[Entering on behalf of multiple user comments that were never reported as bugs] Verified in-game, SP + MP

All tracker data is lost when a player dies in survival.

• The tracker no longer displays the horse's last known coordinates
• The tracker does not seem to recognize there are horses that were being tracked
• The horse's GUIs still show them as tracked.

What should happen?

Tracker data should be retained on death.

Mods

SWE VIP modpack (available to devs) - yet to test on a sole SWEM modpack.

Provided a copy of the game logs in case it is of any use.
