What happened?

My game crashed due to another mod, and when I loaded back into the server to untie my horse (it was tied up using the bridle before I crashed), it dropped a lead. I was unable to replicate this, I tried leaving the server and coming back, and leaving render distance.

What should happen?

When tying up your horse by using the bridle, it shouldn't drop a lead if you leave render distance/leave the game.
