Fail to load Datapack extension

Was trying to add more weapons to the parry mod with datapacks. Strangely the weapons load the "can_parry" tag but not the custom attributes, only the sword ones. 1.19.2 Fabric
1.19 versions are outdated and does not contain datapack support. Everything in description refers to 1.20+.
Sorry for misleading information. I will add note about 1.19 in description.
