This happened to me today and now I'm immortal and cannot die by any way.

EDIT:I managed to kill myself by using another mod's item that directly removes health.

I do not have gravestones installed, it said I died twice in a row but from the same cause.

I think this is a dup of #76

Possibly fixed with 2770aa4 and 1b419d0

Seems to be fixed, cannot replicate. Tested both on server and client.
