Always leave the item drop while breaking Sync mod block, even if in creative mode

Since most other mods and the vanilla game do not leave any item drop while breaking blocks in creative mode, Sync DO leave item drops, makes it a bit painful to clean up.

Already fixed in 2.2.2 (apart from maybe treadmills)
