Shell Storage behaviour and shells missing

Another one! :p
After a while of experimenting with the mod across various mystcraft worlds (working perfectly btw) i was on overworld and could not enter any empty shell storage to switch shells - as if the shell storage was composed of solid blocks. I relogged and tried to enter again - i managed to enter but all my other shells were gone.
There is no crash so i can't send you a report :/
Also one of times i synced back to the overworld i ended about 200 blocks from the shell i was supposed to be syncing too - when i returned the shell wasn't there so perhaps it was a misplacement. I wasn't able to replicate this one.
Thanks for all the fast fixes.
All your shells gone as in physically gone, or the chunk they're in just not loaded?
These few issues are going to be a bit harder to debug. Would be nice if you're able to reproduce them.
Physically gone. I'm going to play further and try to find a trigger, i'll let you know if i do.
I investigated a bi better and it actually seems that only the shells on the overworld disappeared physically - the ones in the dimensions simply lost the connection (probably due to unloaded chunks, but i thought the storage shells acted as chunk loaders?)
They do act as chunkloaders, but the Shells disappearing entirely, do you
have your console open, does anything spit out in the console?

Take a quick look at #140 and see if that's related to your issue.
To be honest i completely forgot about the console. If it happens again i'll upload the console log.
Also the shells do disappear when the redstone signal is cut off, but when my issue occurred the redstone torch was intact..
These last days have been a bit busy, so i didn't have a chance to attack the issue yet.
Alrighty. No worries.

I am getting this behaviour, I am unsure what causes it. But I am willing to put some time into testing it. I'll get back to you.
Problems:
- Shells are deleted when redstone signal is turned off.
- Sometimes the "link" between the shells are lost. This means that I created a shell before, but cannot see it in the "wheel" anymore. I think it happens after the server relogged/crashed/disconnected?
- I have managed to restablish the lost link in point two once, by deleting the shell constructor next to the storage and creating a new clone it it. Somehow, this reactivated the old clone. But it did not restablish the connection with a clone I have in another dimension.
This issue still remains for me. Do you want me to get some testing done for this iChun?
I don't want to open a dupe.
