So I tried placing the constructor on a resonant energy cell and a capacitor bank and it simply wont place. I can hook up the treadmills to generate power and transfer power from them, however the only blocks I can seem to place the constructor on top of and send power through are generators. I saw there was an issue at one point with instant creation of clones involving power storage and wanted to see if it was intentional to not be able to connect the constructors. Using v4.0
