Changing the power requirement in the config doesn't work

If you change the power requirement in the config, when you launch the game it resets to 48000

It's working for me. Maybe you accidentally broke the config file when you saved it, causing it to regenerate. Try a different text editor.

Shouldn't be cause as I use notepad++

Does Notepad++ have write perms then? Cause that might be the case. I'm using the same and I've no issues.

Hmmm... Did you by accident change the file's encoding from UTF-8 to ANSI or vice-versa?
Notepad++ does sometimes change that automatically.

Using Notepad++ just fine with editing configs, Sync's config included.
