When I try to transfer my mind to a shell, right before entering the new shell the world shuts down and it says I got disconnected, and then brings me to the server search screen (I'm playing singleplayer). When I relaunch the world, I come out of the construction device, but both the construction and storage devices have (accessible) shells, and I still have my inventory. The second time I tried, instead of saying I got disconnected it said a fatal error and the connection has been terminated. This happens regardless of gamemode.

So installing the RandomPatches fixed the issue (I'm assuming because of increased packet size), but now I'm stuck in the machine and the exit won't open. At least manageable with cheats, but still very annoying.

It also makes my inventory shared between all shells, though armor slots get messed up.

Fixed the issue with the shared inventory by disabling the last config option, the one that "transfers all items that should be persistent."
