When using redstone flux to power the shell constructor, if there is a massive supply of energy - Its possible to create shells instantly. This is in 2.1.0.
Perhaps some kind of speed cap is on order?

I tested with resonant energy cell and redstone energy conduit.

There's a cap on RF to make sure that it takes about at least 5 seconds before a shell is created. I might have miscalculated that and made it take 2.5 seconds max though.

But seriously. I honestly don't really care.

It doesn't take about 5 seconds or 2.5 seconds it just creates.. instantly.. in less then a second.

Then that would be a bug.

I'm not getting that. Make sure the constructors you place are new ones in 2.1.0 and not old ones from 2.0.0.
