The Shell constructer / Treadmill have the capacity to hold massive amounts of power, enough to instantly make multiple shells. I believe the ideal solution to this problem is to make the shell construction time have some constant / minimum value or to remove / dramatically decrease the power buffering of the treadmill / shell constructer.

RF intake has been rebalanced in 9aa81be to maximum 24RF/T

I think we also need a gui to check how much RF it holds

Just checked it out, it does not actually storing RF, it just constantly consuming RF at a rate of 1000RF/t, not matter constructing a shell or not.

Read the code two weeks ago, I'm now not sure about how it works ._.
