[Question] Any plans about updating to 1.21.1 NeoForge?

Hi! We are making a vanilla+ modded server (with own launcher) on NeoForge 1.21.1, and your mod is amazing for multiplayer, just insanely good, the best that I've seen in my life. We even had thoughts about trying update it later ourselves (much later, after all basic server issues have been resolved, and not guaranteed that we will even try to do this update...). So... Do you have any plans about updating your mod in the future, or maybe you are already doing this?
Yeah I plan to update it eventually, I'm currently working on a library that will be used to make "chess renderer v4".
Once the lib is done I will start updating TTC and my other mods. Basically the goal of the lib is to make my life easier going forward, and the new render code my friend wrote will allow TTC to run even better and with shaders.
So yeah long story short yes it will get updated eventually, but I'm not working on it just yet, and I will take as much time as the lib needs to be polished.
Nice to hear this. It would also be interesting to see checkers among the games on the new version, they are mechanically similar to chess with the same board, but have their own flavor.
i know you are working on it but please can you update this mod first? Me amd my friend are playing on a modded server and we get bored and this mod is just right for that, so just give the ttc a priority please.
just a quick question but how is that library going?
Its coming along nicely, still have an array of things that need to be done but the TODOs list is shrinking.
On Friday I finished expanding the camera transform tools. Basically I added some tools that let me rotate the camera (for screen shakes or VFX). But my friend (who is essentially the lead game/mod designer of our team), pointed out that position and FOV offsetting would be useful. So I revisited the tools and added those.
I think following this I will probably go back to some more back end stuff which isn't interesting to look at, but just as important, maybe even more important. But given I did essentially finish a "flashy" system (aside from fine-tuning some values), I have attached some previews of all the things I can do with this system.
๐ Note: In the examples bellow the values are over exaggerated for the sake of demonstration!
