Devil Wings -
Can't have angel wings without devil wings. Dragon wings are nice and all but unless they look devilish enough to go along with the devil tail, there should be separate devil wings too.

Devil Horns (ears) -
Also mention of horns, ram's shaped, but those are more demon horns. Smaller forehead horns complete the Devil Tail / Devil Wings / Devil Horns "Devil" look.

Angel Halo (ears) -
Unless the ears model is set to be perpendicular with the top of the head. It goes along with the angel wings for a full angel look.
