Windows 10
Why Should We be Compatible?
Windows 10 is a pretty popular Operative Sistem world wide...
In all seriousness, there's a big issue with the following default setting:
Holding ⌥ Left Alt (Left Option) while tapping ⇥ Tab will only cycle the column where the main hand slot is.
Maybe you play on another operative system or have a client that disables default shortcuts, but Alt+TAB is a classic system keybind that alternates between the different windows/programs you have opened, and that functionality remains on Minecraft.
Plus, it doesn't even work for me even if I press TAB first, then Alt.
I understand that this can be changed (well, not to Ctrl), but a default config should at least present the mod on an usable state, and sadly this mod really isn't.
On a side note, try to use Shift to change the direction of tabbing doesn't work either. Assigning some random, unused key does make this work.

Well, I totally forgot it! I knew what alt+tab means to Windows 10, but since I am using macOS so I just came up with the option key 😅.
I will make a change, or at least change the default behavior on Windows.
