Issue description

when i place the teraformer inside the tardis, it doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

1.9x9 copper block platform with redstone block replacing the center
2.terraformer on top of redstone
3.DOSENT WORK!!!

Duplicate of #148, unfortunately the Forge version of Immersive Portals causes this compatibility issue. You can work around this issue but placing down a console, then selecting a Desktop in the Computer Bank GUI.
