Issue description

when using the gravity well in survival in a creative world, when touching the floor in the first gravity well in the corridors I take all the fall damage I would have gotten if I had just jumped down the chute.

Steps to reproduce

enter a gravity well at a significant height, then use it to go to the ground, and you should get all the fall damage when touching the ground
