Issue description

during the flight mini game with some consoles. when some buttons on the console are triggered by the game and need to be pressed, they cannot be pressed resulting in the buttons progressing to their red states and remain in their red states until the end of the game instance.
I have not messed the consoles a whole lot so there could be more broken buttons, but I have only observed it with the Toyota console and the Refurbished console. With the Toyota the broken button was one of the monitors (one closest to the panel with the two red leavers). The Refurbished console had two broken buttons, the two broken buttons were two out of the three small red buttons directly under the throttle (middle and right buttons). At the time when I discovered the bugs, with the Toyota both monitors were triggered as flight events and only one of them I was able to interact with, and with the Refurbished console both of the broken buttons were triggered around same time too and I couldn't interact with either. (I'm not a programmer so I could be absolutely wrong but may be an issue with cloned buttons?)

Steps to reproduce

create a tardis
use either Toyota or Refurbished console
do flight mini game until bugged buttons are triggered
attempt to press them as you would in flight
