Issue description

When taking off I had the handbrake engaged, took down throttle first - then handbrake. Game crashed. See below as two seperate errors occured.

Steps to reproduce

1. Engage handbrake and disegage throttle so TARDIS is out of flight.
2. set corrdinates
3. take off handbrake
4. shift-right click (or left click) to engage flight
5. game crashes
