Issue description

Whenever You Would Gain An Upgrade Point On Neoforge You Instead Gain 2, Exp Still Works As Expected Though

Steps to reproduce

1. Fly The TARDIS Until You gain 100 Exp
2. Check The ARS System

This Only Occurs If You Earn Over 100 Exp In A Single Flight, It Seems That You Gain Points Twice, I Assume That On Flight End You Gain A Point For Every 100 Exp But This Is Not Subtracted From The Total Exp Added Thus Giving Points Twice
