TARDIS fuel does not work, + looping beeping noise

Issue description
Fuel does not work on TARDIS, and looping beeping despite console existing or not.
This happens on both v2.1.2 and v2.1.3.
Steps to reproduce
- Make a TARDIS
- Place a console and enable it
- Beeping + fuel does not activate
