Issue description

I used the Landing Pad in a cave for the TARDIS to be summoned, and I found it above the Landing Pad, presumably because there is a ceiling above

I think I've encountered the same issue, but in my case it spawned waaaay lower. I put down the Landing Pad on the surface, and couldn't find the TARDIS at all. I had to use a command to teleport myself inside to find out that it landed in a cave at around Y=-40
