Tardis seems cannot properly be create on other dimensions.

Issue description

While following the steps to create a TARDIS by growing a root plant, you will need to shear away the roots that cover the entrance.
However, if you try to do this in another dimension, the entrance will not open.

  • happen on nether and the end (I also tested the Aether dimension mod, and it had the same result.)
  • I have also tested it under the condition where only the TARDIS Refined mod is installed.
  • While it doesn't cause any game crashes, I'm not sure if this log will help...

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to other dimension. (Nether, The end or Aether)
  2. Grow toot plant. (or just place root shell)
  3. Shear it when it finished grow.
