Game crashes when I try to install the mod

Issue description
I downloaded the mod itself without any shaders or anything else. Game crashes during installment of the mod. I have enough memory allocated.
I have tried previous versions, but none seem to work.
Steps to reproduce
- Download mod from Curse Forge
- Click play and open Minecraft launcher
- Click play and game crashes
