Crashing when joining a server

Issue description
Server had previous versions of the mod isntalled without problems, after a recent update a crash when joining started to occur and the crashlog seems to point out Tardis Rfined, we tried downgrading it but the bug persists.
The server does use quilt, but this problem has never happened before the 2.1.6 update

We do not support quilt directly. Can you please confirm if these issues are occuring on Fabric only instances?
