Issue description

Fade bug when teleporting with half baked shell skin equipped but when equipping something not half baked shell it works normal, in video i showed comparison between half baked shell and other shell, and also animations of console are laggy, i have 210~ fps without console animations and with animations i have like 100-90 fps, with mod pack of 190~ mods i have like 70-80 fps which is kinda sad

FPS dropping inside tardis:
when experimenting with tardis console ive noticed that it only reducing fps while idle console animations are turned on

Ars Slab and Ars Fence are not transparent for some reason

• for some reason materialize around, not working with upgrade on when standing on the same block while tardis materializing, its just dont teleport player inside interior
