Tardis disappeared on server

Issue description
I just logged on to the server after playing last night and the whole tardis is straight up just gone like it was never there to begin with. How do I find it or get it back? Using version V2.1.6

I read through some older issues and it seems another person had the same probably as me but they were using forge and spigot which im not using. Im just using forge. The issue seems to be that stopping the server deletes tardis data and resets it. When the shell disappeared when I first entered the sever this morning to find it gone it must have deleted the interior door but when I teleported into the interior using the command I didnt see the door missing at all but the outside was still gone. It wasnt until after I completed a flight that the exterior regenerated but the door to the hub still doesnt work as intended.
Ok so I can teleport into the tardis it still exists but the outside shell is gone? When I leave the tardis doors it spawns me in the deep dark randomly and not where I was before. How do I fix it?
Managed to get the shell to appear again after flying the tardis but the connection to the corridor hub is broken. From the console side the door wont open to the hub. From the hub side the door opens but you teleport inside fools stone and start suffocating. I managed to break the fools stone so I didnt die immediately but after a few seconds it teleports you back to the hub. On the map it teleports you to the same spot the console room should be but its blank. Just black on the map. Not sure how to fix that.
I made a waypoint of that where blank space it takes you to from the hub then went to the console room via teleport to the same spot the waypoint led and dug down until I hit bedrock. Thats where its teleporting you and it works 2 ways now. So to recap: Touching the bedrock at the bottom of the hole I made in the console room teleports you to the hub. Going through the door in the hub teleports you to the bedrock at the bottom of the hole in the console room but teleports you right back to the hub after a few seconds if you are too close to the bedrock. Unclear how many blocks that is exactly.
I managed to reset the connection between the hub door and the console door by changing the desktop. New issue popped up unfortunately. When trying to escape suffocation earlier I had used vein mining to quickly break the fools stone but in the middle of me breaking that I got teleported back to the hub door so I instead accidently vein mined the floor in the hub doorway. I tried to fix this by replacing the blocks only to discover that you cant place or break blocks in the hub door area. Before the door connection was reestablished you could break and replace blocks in that area. Now you cant. So now I am stuck with a broken floor way in the hub door area.
